Please submit all custom requests using the form below. Requests will be responded to within 24 business hours - our business hours are Monday through Friday from 8am to 4pm CST.

Any custom requests that require a design will incur a $5 design charge UP FRONT. The design charge will be invoiced to you before the design is made, and the design will not be created until payment is remitted. Custom images are allotted ONE free change after the design is sent to you. Any other changes will incur another $5 design fee. This is to ensure that our graphic designer gets paid properly for their time spent on each made-from-scratch design. All designs made by our designer are made with Adobe Photoshop and/or Illustrator. We DO NOT use Canva or any form of AI.

We do allow customers to send over designs they already have (designs made themselves, designs purchased on Etsy, etc.), but those designs MUST BE sent in PNG format- meaning the design has a transparent background to it. We cannot use any designs that have any type of colored background, and having to remove a background from a design will incur a $5 design charge to be paid before the design is updated. The updated design will be sent to you for you to have for future use. Design fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Pricing for our tees starts at $18.50 per adult-sized tee, $13.50 per child-sized tee, & $11.50 per toddler-sized tee. Prices vary depending on the brand of tee and the type of design that you go with. Front and back designs are an extra $2 cost per tee. Final pricing will be discussed after design and tee type have been determined.

 

 

 

Frequently asked questions
What is the return policy?

Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If you purchase a premade design product and are not satisfied, please reach out to us so we can see what we can do to make it right. Premade products are eligible for return within 30 days of purchase. Premade shipping labels are not provided to a customer unless the product is damaged, printed incorrectly, etc.

Custom design products ARE NOT eligible for return due to them being custom. The only exception would be damaged product, incorrect product, etc.
Are any purchases final sale?

Custom design products are final sale & not eligible for return unless in a case of damage product, incorrect product, etc. These issues will be handled on a case by case basis.
When will I get my order?

We will always work as quickly to get your order completed and out the door as soon as possible. Our turnaround time is always listed on our website & will be updated as needed. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information regarding transit time. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Where are your products manufactured?

All of our products are created in and shipped out of Fort Worth, Texas. For things that we cannot do in-house, we source locally and try to support other small businesses as much as possible!
How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase & can calculate the cost at checkout.
What if my order gets lost in transit?

If your order does not deliver to you & is deemed lost by the shipping carrier, please contact us ASAP so we can file a claim and work on getting the best solution for you.
What if my order is stolen?

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a replacement or refund in this type of situation. We understand how frustrating it can be to have something like this happen, but we are a small business that cannot cover the cost of other people's actions. We are happy to work with you to file a claim with the shipping carrier and see what options are available.
