What is the return policy?

Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If you purchase a premade design product and are not satisfied, please reach out to us so we can see what we can do to make it right. Premade products are eligible for return within 30 days of purchase. Premade shipping labels are not provided to a customer unless the product is damaged, printed incorrectly, etc.

Custom design products ARE NOT eligible for return due to them being custom. The only exception would be damaged product, incorrect product, etc.

Are any purchases final sale?

Custom design products are final sale & not eligible for return unless in a case of damage product, incorrect product, etc. These issues will be handled on a case by case basis.

When will I get my order?

We will always work as quickly to get your order completed and out the door as soon as possible. Our turnaround time is always listed on our website & will be updated as needed. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information regarding transit time. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Where are your products manufactured?

All of our products are created in and shipped out of Fort Worth, Texas. For things that we cannot do in-house, we source locally and try to support other small businesses as much as possible!

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase & can calculate the cost at checkout.

What if my order gets lost in transit?

If your order does not deliver to you & is deemed lost by the shipping carrier, please contact us ASAP so we can file a claim and work on getting the best solution for you.

What if my order is stolen?

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a replacement or refund in this type of situation. We understand how frustrating it can be to have something like this happen, but we are a small business that cannot cover the cost of other people's actions. We are happy to work with you to file a claim with the shipping carrier and see what options are available.
